Bending Technique: Controlled small scale water attacks/the ability to manipulate small amounts of water with precise accuracy. Powered up by his wanqu which he keeps on him out of sight at all times.

Personality: Cold and secretive. Li is a sociopath with only very basic social skills. He will tell no one where he is from nor of his wanqu which is the center of all his ambition, power and hatred for himself and his Father. His only mission in life is to become the greatest water bender Jingdou has ever seen and eliminate anyone who gets in his way. He wishes for the name Tai-Lo to be restored to it's former glory as a family full of powerful water benders.

Other Notes:

-Li's wanqu is a secret.
His most highly guarded secret. No one knows of it's existence except for himself and his water bending teacher Arkai. _{So if we're role playing, don't have your character spot Li's wanqu without my permission, he hides it, you will see his junk before you see his wanqu. If someone were to find out what it was and confess to him that they know of it's existence he would kill them, fellow gang members or not.}

-Li's family was once very famous. But has fallen from grace among the wealthy and respected circles.
So if you have an older or savvy character feel free to bag him out about it.
